NTI Global provides a warranty on all of our tunnels and equipment against defect in materials and workmanship. Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect the item or items in full detail to make certain the product is in satisfactory condition. If any issue needs to be addressed with your item or items ordered, we ask that you contact our Customer Service Team immediately at email@example.com and attach photos and a description of your issue. Our team will review and be in touch as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience as we work quickly to resolve this.
Please understand, however, that any damage or delay which occurs during or as a result of shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. If damage or delay occurs during shipping, NTI Global will provide reasonable assistance in processing a claim against the carrier but will not be responsible for any such damage or delay.
