Tuff Tunnels are AKC competition heat sealed Agility Tunnels that are meant to withstand extra abuse. While our Standard Agility Tunnels are made to withstand hundreds of runs and are meant for both backyard and competition use, Tuff Tunnels go further by providing an even higher grade of durability. Designed for those who use tunnels in harsh environments or whose dog is exceptionally rough and tough. Available in 4" pitch only.

For holding your tunnel in place, we recommend our easy to use Tunnel Tamer Bags
For compacting tunnels to a manageable size while four handles make for easy carrying, we recommend the Tunnel Leash
Very pleased with the tunnel. It meets my expectations in every way. Sally Boarman on 15th Sep 2021
I just ordered 2 new NTI Tuff Tunnels. I purchased again since I had 2 on my open field exposed to the weather for 12 years and are now showing wear from the elements.
Worth the investment. Good buy for your money. Anita Tate on 9th Sep 2021
Just received the tunnel, I'm hoping this tunnel stands up to my dogs. I was surprised at the quality of the tunnel - it is not really made very well. Even though I spend the extra money for the Tuff one it doesn't seem tough at all. I have heard a lot of negative comments lately about these tunnels and the fact that they are ripping and not lasting thru everyday use. I'm really hoping I don't have a negative experience but if I do it will be my last NTI Carolyn Rancourt on 22nd Sep 2020
We gave only used them once in practice, it seems to be lighter then the other NTI tunnels, I like that, getting to old to lug tunnels around. We have several trials coming up so that will be a better review of the tunnel. I have been very satisfied with NTI in the past and hope it stays this way. Very good customer service! I have purchased several of NTI’s standard tunnels. This is the first tuff one. At first inspection, I really haven’t noticed much difference between the two tunnels. I decided to try one to see if it wouldn’t move as easily when dog run though it and hold up better. Time will tell. I have bought 2 Schaumburg non slip tunnels one 15’ and a 20’ and they much heavier design. I use all my tunnels for individual and group practice. Hoping the increase of around $75.00 for the tuff tunnel over standard tunnel pays off in durability! Unknown on 2nd Jan 2019
I would love to write a review of this tunnel, however, we needed it for our trial last weekend. I was assured I would have it in time for the trial. I did not have it in time and had to rent one from a person for $30.00. I had asked if you had it in stock when I ordered it and was told you did have it in stock. - NOT GOOD Mary Lou Hughes on 25th Jul 2018
The NTI people were very accommodating and helpful. Our tunnel order was misplaced in shipping. We got great support from the NTI staff. Bernice Eugene Tatum on 28th May 2018
I bought one 15 foot and one 20 foot yellow Tuff Tunnels.
I have bought any other tunnels from NTI and will always come back. These tunnels came withd a lot of strings hanging in the tunnels. Very unsafe for dogs to run through. I did a lot of cutting but not sure that will stop them from hanging again. Michelle on 23rd Jun 2017
I own and operate Twister Agility and Dog Sports in Edmond, Oklahoma. I have purchased 6 or 8 Nti tunnels in the past. The last 2 I purchased began to shed strings from the stitching almost immediately.
Last year I purchase 3 of the new nonslip tunnels from Schaumburg. They started falling apart and developing holes in the vinyl almost immediately. So, I decided to give NTI another try.
The tunnel seems very nice and a little better constructed. I appreciate the new binding on the ends. I have only used it thus far at an AKC trial I supplied equipment for, but it worked very well. Nancy Haddock-Dudeck on 13th Apr 2017
Tuff tunnels have been the longest lasting option for our facility. Our tunnels are used for over almost 30 classes a week and trials several times a month. However, we do wish these tunnels lasted longer. In less than 2 years our tunnels tear and/or the metal ribbing breaks through the sleeves at the openings. We have learned to repair the ribbing but would like to see the ends more securely encased. Elizabeth Ann Beck on 30th Sep 2016
